Print two copies of the Order Form (one for us, one for your records) and send it with your payment to our address above. All orders are payable in US funds only. There is a $35.00 fee on checks returned for NSF.
We primarily ship First Class & Priority Mail through USPS. Please contact us if a faster shipping method is needed.
It usually takes 2–5 business days for your order to leave our hands and make its way to you. On a good day we can process an order the same day — it all depends on our schedule!
For orders under $100, shipping is estimated based on order total. Since we sell heavy and bulky wood products, we configure our cart to account for that — and we always give partial refunds for over-payment.

All shipments go primarily via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which includes a tracking number. You'll receive it by email when your order ships.
Instant downloadable e-patterns are available to all international customers through our online cart. For all other items, please contact us directly so we can calculate shipping & handling. Please allow 2–6 weeks for international orders to arrive.
For copyright protection, our pattern packets, kits, and book sales are final. If you receive damaged or incomplete merchandise, we will gladly replace the item.
Please contact us as quick as lightning if a product arrives defective. We will do all we can to resolve the problem promptly!
